Dear holiday guests!

Our holiday apartment/house is meant to be your home away from home. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. We have put a lot of effort into furnishing it and hope you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. We have also listed a few guidelines that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment with care, you will help us to continue offering satisfactory accommodations to you and other guests in the future.

Generally

Should you find anything missing in the accommodation or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items located in or belonging to the holiday apartment/house, including those on the balcony or terrace, are for the use of guests. Please treat all furnishings and equipment with care and respect the rental property. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also adhere to the rental terms. It is not permitted to accommodate additional guests in the apartment without prior agreement with the landlord.

Kitchen

Please treat the kitchen furnishings and appliances with care. Since no one enjoys a dirty kitchen, please only put dishes, pots, and cutlery away when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots or other hot items directly on the tables or countertops without a trivet or coaster. Always use a cutting board when chopping. Please leave the inside of the oven and microwave clean.

damage

No one intentionally damages things, but accidents can happen. We would appreciate it if you would inform us of any damage so that we don't discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages up to the replacement cost.

Ventilation

To prevent mold growth, we ask that you ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day with a thorough airing for 5-10 minutes, and especially after showering.

Duty of care

We kindly ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that all fellow travelers and family members also comply with the rental terms. The front door should always be kept closed and locked with the key when leaving the house. Similarly, all windows should be closed when leaving the apartment to save energy and prevent potential damage from storms or burglary. Please use water and electricity sparingly.

Disposal

Waste must be separated into general waste, glass, paper, and packaging with the green dot symbol. Appropriate containers are available on the property. Please use bin liners in the wastebaskets and bathroom bins and dispose of them, sealed, in the general waste bin. Do not throw or pour any waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, or similar items into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins, or shower! Please avoid anything that could clog the pipes (do not flush hygiene products down the toilet).

cleaning

Should you have any accidents (extreme dirt, spills on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), please clean them up immediately. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment swept clean upon departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards.

Rest periods

In the interest of good neighborly relations, we kindly ask you to observe the public quiet hours, including midday, nighttime, and Sunday rest periods. Out of consideration for others, please also keep noise to a minimum in the apartment itself between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please respect the privacy of your neighbors and avoid unwanted disturbances. Avoid excessive use of the common areas or disturbing other guests.

Internet/Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment/house has a wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi). Please ask us for the access code. Using the internet with your own Wi-Fi-enabled device (laptop, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the Wi-Fi connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk; the landlord excludes all liability in connection with the tenant's internet use. The Wi-Fi usage rules must also be observed when using the internet connection. Please understand that we require your signature to protect ourselves against misuse.

smokers

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment/house. Please leave the apartment/house to smoke. Please dispose of completely cooled cigarette butts in the rubbish bin.

pets

Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance with the landlord. If pets are allowed, guests must ensure they do not cause any damage to the apartment and are responsible for cleaning costs.

Parking

Parking is available directly in the parking area of the holiday apartment/house; further public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. The provision of a parking space does not constitute a bailment agreement. The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles parked or moved on the property, or their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Right of domicile

In the case of urgently needed repairs, it may be essential for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without the guest's knowledge.

Key

Please never give the keys to anyone else. Any loss of keys must be reported immediately, and the guest is liable for the replacement costs.

Liability

The landlord is not liable for the guest's/guests' valuables.

Arrival and departure

Please note the check-in and check-out times and inform the landlord in advance of your arrival and departure times. Upon your departure, the holiday apartment/house should be in the same condition as when you arrived.

By booking the holiday apartment, we assume that the house rules are accepted.

Thank you for your attention.

We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation and recreation.
